But last year I got everything on the list except for the backpacks and 1 very hard to find pen the teacher asked for. We have 3 kids. I saved the receipts from all 3 yrs I've done this. and for some unknown reason he thinks I did'nt want to or could'nt afford it. He knows how much he gets from me in child support every month and he knows how much they take. I have always wanted to to get them supplies, I start to save so much from my pay checks in June. Any thoughts or ideas to who gets what?! We don't go to court till late September.
School supplies and all the other needs of the children should be split equally. The courts will agree with that.

My parents are taking all 5 kids to Mexico! Since it is over a 6 hour flight, my mom is making me get a backpack for all 5 of us, and fill it with things to do. This is what I have bought for each child. We also have 1 portable DVD player so I bought a new movie for each kid and they can rotate it though the flight. What else should I add?
My mom also wanted me to pack the food bag so this is what I did (BTW, we leave in the limo or bus thing at 4:00am, get to the airport at 5:30am, then take off at 8:00 arriving at 2:00pm our time):
8 bagels with cream cheese
8 bananas
8 juice boxes (for the bus ride)
8 sandwiches
hopefully the plane will give us drinks for lunch
8 gronala bars
8 100 cal packs
8 bowls of noodles (they love em')
Look at the size and such, and remember that liquids have to be in ziplock bags.
