My son who is 27 months is potty trained in the house no problem if I leave him without anything on and he can be trusted to go for a wee or poo on his own without asking, the potty is always available. However, when I try with pants and ask him to pee in the potty his seats with the pants on and pees into the potty, once the pants are on he just pees, any ideas?? Im on edge when I have him in pants as I don't know where he is going to pee!
My son had that same problem. I had to start with him being bare bottom with a long shirt on. I kept it that way untill he was really good at potty training then I moved on to the next step, just letting him wear some loose boxers. There big enough to be easy to pull up and down. He stayed that way for about 2 weeks then he moved on to shorts with the strectch waist with undies..
