HELP!! My toddler (2 yr old girl) cant No. 2 in public restrooms.?

First and foremost I use sanitary wipes on the actual toilet seat and then attach the Dora the Explorer seat covers (covers the toilet Completely)
I don't get out much but when I do, my daughter tells me that she needs to "Boo" and then we sit there for twenty five minutes or more before I finally take her home against her will.
I've tried singing to her, rubbing her back, dancing in the stall in front of her. I don't know what to do. She seems distracted by the environment (and strangers) but its becoming a Big problem, what do I do.
Talking to her while she's on didn't work :o ( PLEASE HELP!!
Thank you Emily, Appeal3, South Park Rules, Smiling, Miss Kitty and Daa. You guys understand and were truly a reallly big help. :o )

Oh my!

Well first, it's amazing she's potty trained already anyway. Good for you!

Can you try bribing her with candy? Get her favorite candy and while you are in the car before you get there talk to her about it and tell her..guess what? If you have to go 'boo' while we are out, and you go on the toilet, Mommy will give you candy. When she is on the potty, try leaving her alone, just stand outside the door with the door only slightly open so she sees your hand. Reassure her you are right there, you are giving her some 'privacy'.

If you can't do that, then at least turn your back on her while she is sitting there...no one likes to be watched...that might be another distraction. Don't talk to her...just leave her be. You are the distraction it sounds like. Would you like someone dancing in front of you while you are trying to 'boo'??? lol (sorry...just found that one funny)

If she goes, give her massive praise and a piece of candy. Honestly..it works! You won't do that forever, just while in 'training'.

Hope this helps!!!
